Returns & Refunds

We want you to love what you wear. If something isn't right, you have 30 days from delivery to return it.

Conditions

• Items must be unworn, unwashed, and in original condition
• All tags and packaging must be intact
• Final-sale items (clearly marked) cannot be returned

How to return

Email returns@bundle24.shop with your order number and the item(s) you'd like to return. We will send you a prepaid return label (EU and UK) or instructions for international returns.

Refunds

Once we receive and inspect your return, we will issue a refund to your original payment method within 5–7 working days. Original shipping costs are non-refundable except where the item arrived faulty.

Exchanges

We offer free size exchanges within 30 days, subject to stock. Request an exchange when you contact us.

Faulty or incorrect items

If your order arrives faulty or incorrect, please contact us within 7 days of delivery and we will arrange a replacement or full refund including shipping.
